There are 2 options: as a Short course for CPD attending lectures, after which we will issue a Certificate of attendance; or as a full Module that includes attending lectures, completion of coursework and final examination. Those taking the module can use their exam results towards a postgraduate qualification in Stroke Medicine at UCL if they decide to enrol on the MSc/PGDip/PGCert Stroke Medicine course at a later date (within 5 years).
For those wishing to take the module option it is advisable to look at the entry requirements for the full MSc/PGDip/PGCert Stroke Medicine course, which is:
A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject e.g. medicine, psychology, speech and language therapy, biological or biomedical sciences, or a related degree, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
English Language Requirements
If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency.

The course will be run at 7 Queen Square, UCL Institute of Neurology on every Wednesday starting on the 4th October 2017 until the 1st November 2017.
