Description

This day-long short course will present comparative case studies and good practice guidelines on university campus development which engages with and contributes to wider urban regeneration goals, positioning universities as ‘anchor institutions’.

 

The course is designed by Dr Clare Melhuish (UCL Urban Laboratory), and will feature presentations from Prof John Goddard OBE (Newcastle University), Roger Hawkins (Hawkins\Brown), Prof Alexi Marmot (UCL Global Centre for Learning Environments), Richard Meier (Argent), Dr Ben Campkin (UCL Urban Laboratory), and Dr Georgiana Varna (Newcastle University).

 

The course is followed by a drinks reception and opportunity for networking. Lunch is also included.
