Do I have to book anything every time I visit uclonlinestore@ucl.ac.uk ? No, the store is available for users to browse. uclonlinestore@ucl.ac.uk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to attend any of the advertised short courses/events, then you must register with uclonlinestore@ucl.ac.uk , when prompted, using your e-mail address and choosing your own password. Once you have registered with these details, you can revisit at anytime. How do I receive confirmation of my order? What if I forget my password? Is there a limit to what I can book from the uclonlinestore@ucl.ac.uk ? There is no limit on the short courses/conference that you can book, other than any limitation on the availability of places and any limits on the card that will be used for making payment. On certain short courses/conferences there may be limits on the number of places that an individual can book. On certain short courses/conferences there may be a waiting list that you can be added if all the places are currently taken. No payment will be taken for waiting list places. Am I able to change my order? You can keep adding and deleting items to your shopping basket, but once your payment details are processed your booking will be fulfilled. The transaction is complete, but I have made a mistake, what can I do? Should you have a problem after completing a booking, please contact the designated contact as listed within the short course/conference details.
