Once you have purchased this product you will be sent a link within two working days, allowing you to apply online for the DBS Enhanced Disclosure, and within a week your details will be provided to UCL Occupational Health who will send you a link to the online Health Questionnaire. There is also an £11 fee payable directly to Crown Post Offices for face-to-face ID checks for DBS.

Detailed Description

Disclosure and Barring Certificate

The certificate gives details of any cautions, convictions, reprimands, warnings or bindovers recorded against your name (even where they would ordinarily be considered spent) or confirms that you have none.

If you have any queries please contact teaching-admissions@ucl.ac.uk

Please note that once the online application has been made, payment is non-refundable.

Occupation Health Assessment

Upon successful purchase, you will be sent a link to the UCL Occupational Health Services questionnaire. You should complete the online questionnaire, which will be assessed by an occupational health professional. On completion of the occupational health screening process, you will be allocated to one of three categories: fit to teach; fit to teach with reasonable adjustments or unfit to teach.

This requirement does not preclude disabled people from pursuing a programme of study at the Institute or a career in teaching.

If you have a disability, or think that you might need adjustments in order to satisfy the fitness to teach requirement, and you would like more information about the requirement, please contact UCL Student Disability Service on disability@ucl.ac.uk.

If you have any queries please contact  teaching-admissions@ucl.ac.uk

Please note that this payment is non-refundable.
