This five-day course provides the foundation for the management aspects of the degree by examining the environment in which ICT and telecommunications businesses operate and developing an understanding of strategic and business planning. In addition the principles of marketing, product and portfolio management are covered, with particular reference to the Telecoms and ICT industry.
