The 15th Roman Archaeology Conference / 32nd Theoretical Roman Archaeology Conference will take place at UCL, 11-14 April 2024. Organised by a committee representing the breadth of Roman archaeology across London institutions, the joint conference features nearly 40 sessions encompassing the major themes of Roman studies today, including new scientific applications, decentering and decolonizing Roman archaeology, globalization and materiality, and archaeological ethics. The conference is in-person only, but is designed to be inclusive and accessible.

Conference registration will begin on the morning of Thursday 11th April, with sessions beginning on Thursday afternoon and continuing over the full days of Friday 12th and Saturday 13th. The plenary session, with a reception, will be on Thursday evening, and the TRAC party will be on the evening of Saturday 13th. All of the academic programme takes place in the UCL Institute of Education building. A trip to St Albans and Welwyn will be available on Sunday 14th.
