Foundations of Quantum Computing (FQC) 2026  brings together researchers and practitioners at the intersection of quantum computing and quantum foundations for a discussion‑oriented conference designed to foster collaboration on the field’s most fundamental aspects. This fourth edition turns its attention to the timely intersection of artificial intelligence, logical and computational structures, and quantum foundations, aiming to bridge data‑driven statistical analysis with principled structural reasoning to uncover new insights into the power and limitations of quantum machine learning.

The event will take place at University College London from 2–4 September 2026 and will bring together researchers from quantum computing, quantum information, and theoretical computer science to present and discuss recent advances in the field.
