The 10^th EVC-Meeting (now renamed European Vision & Cognition Meeting) will take place from Tuesday 30^th June – Friday 3^rd July in Cortona. 

Like in previous years, the aim of the meeting is to have an open discussion about key questions in visual plasticity and processing.

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, some participants will be asked to share rooms. If you can, we would really appreciate if you volunteer for double occupancy!

This conference has been established as a high-quality meeting on contemporary neuroscience for many years. For the 26^th conference we again aim at inviting distinguished neuroscientists as keynote speakers and select high-quality symposia. Sölden is an Alpine village about 1 hr drive from the city of Innsbruck in Austria. The venue is a 5-star SPA hotel in one of the largest ski resorts in Austria with a restaurant carrying prestigious awards by international restaurant guides. Normally approximately 150 participants, among them a large number of highly recognised scientists share the opportunity to meet colleagues in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. During the day, time for skiing in the high altitude ski resort is perfectly possible in late March/early April.

The second Neuroinformatics Unit Open Software Summer School, takes place in August 2026 at the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre in London, UK. This event will bring together researchers, developers, and users of open-source software for some hands-on training, community-building and hacking.
