DH8 Negotiation Essentials 4 November 2026Info Location Attendee Categories Contact More Info Event Information![]()
DescriptionNegotiation Essentials is an intensive one-day executive education masterclass designed to equip healthcare professionals with practical negotiation skills they can immediately apply in complex workplace environments. We negotiate every day with colleagues, managers, suppliers, patients, partners and stakeholders, yet many professionals receive little formal training in the psychology and strategy behind effective negotiation. The programme combines evidence-based negotiation theory with highly interactive simulations, allowing participants to practise real negotiation scenarios, reflect on their approach, and receive structured feedback. Participants will explore concepts such as BATNAs, reservation prices, aspiration levels, power, interests versus positions, distributive and integrative bargaining, emotions, and decision-making, developing greater confidence to negotiate effectively in healthcare settings.
