Course Description

This two-day course is designed for general dental practitioners with an interest in sports dentistry and who may treat athletes as patients. The aims of the course include:

 

• Looking at common sporting dental injuries;
• Exploring preventative measures including screening of elite athletes;
• Looking at the role that the sports dentist can play within the sports medicine team;
• Looking at working with elite athletes.

 

As the only provider of sports dentistry CPD in the UK, this course is a unique opportuntiy for general dental practitioners to come together and explore this bespoke speciality.
