Description

Since 2009, DPH has been a leading venue for interdisciplinary research and innovation in digital public health, addressing real-world needs through novel technologies. It uniquely connect experts from Public Health, Computer & Data Science, MedTech, and key stakeholders like WHO, industry, startups, and NGO's fostering research exchange and networking.

 

DPH2025 will cover a wide spectrum of topics, expanded to reflect lessons learned during the COVID19 pandemic, and extremely relevant to public health professionals and pivotal to their continuous professional development.

 

The conference will take place in Madeira, Portugal, and is hosted by the UCL Centre for Digital Publice Health in Emergencies (dPHE), University College London (UCL).

Pre-conference MSc/PhD Student Track -23rd July 2025

 

Day 0 is a pre-conference event dedicated to students presenting at the MSc/PhD Students track to practise their talk at friendly settings and receive mentoring. This day is open only  for students presenting and their supervisors or other mentors.

 

There is no extra charge. Student Registration covers attendance at Day 0 at no extra cost (in total four days) if the student is presenting at the MSc/PhD Students Track. This also includes catering (morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee).

 

Supervisors with full Registration tickets who have students presenting and/or would like to help with mentoring students on Day 0 are welcome to attend at no extra cost but need to register here too, for catering/planning reasons, and will be contacted by the MSc/PhD Students Track chair to plan the day.
