Detailed Description
"I'm a scientist working in paediatric clinical research at GOSH and dedicating most of my spare time in learning and teaching about yoga. I genuinely live my passion and deep interest in the roots of yoga as a wonderful inward journey as well as an ongoing learning experience. Since October 2018 I’ve also embarked in a 2 year course in Yogatherapy which for me represents a great opportunity to immensely deepen my knowledge of the human body-mind relationship as well as a process to help individuals to maintain, nourish and re-establish this balance when it's lost in order to improve their health and well-being."
Classes are £5.00 per session.
The classes aim to run for 43 weeks of the year and you will therefore need to add the number of weeks into the checkout baskets that you wish to attend for example if you wish to go to 10 sessions then you need to add 10 which will then come to £30.00 and then when you get to the questionnaire you will need to select the dates that you wish to attend.
PLEASE NOTE that classes are restricted to 20 people, so book early to avoid disappointment! Cash payments cannot be accepted on the day.
NB No refunds will be given for non-attendance. If a class is cancelled, or an attendee cancels their place in advance, attendees will be offered a transfer to another date
