Detailed Description

Please pay for your occupational health check here. The School of Pharmacy will be notified when payment is received and we will then contact UCL OHS to request that they send you your occupational health form and further instructions.

This payment will cover initial screening and any antibody tests and/or vaccinations that you may require in order to satisfy NHS placement requirements. UCL OHS will notify the School of Pharmacy when your screening is complete.

Please note that if you fail to attend your appointment at UCL OHS without giving at least 24 hours notice, a further charge of £50 will be made before you are able to rebook your appointment.
