Since 2016, the UK Robot Manipulation Workshop has been held regularly at leading institutions across the country, most recently at the Bristol Robotics Laboratory (2023), the University of Oxford (2024), King’s College London (2025) and the University of Edinburgh (2026). The 2026 edition brought together around 300 members of the UK’s robot manipulation community from academia and industry over two days of research talks, poster sessions, panel discussions, forums, lab tours and networking events.

We are delighted to announce that the 8th UK Robot Manipulation Workshop will take place in London on 7 and 8 January 2027. Organised by University College London (UCL), the workshop will be hosted at the brand new UCL East Robotics facilities in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event!

Early registration closes on 15 December 2026, after which the registration fee will rise to £100.
