Description

This fee will cover the cost of catering up to the agreed pre-paid limit. Once this limit has been reached then you will be required to pay for any additional food and beverage costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your attendance please contact the Administration Office. If you cancel after 7 days before the event no refund will be issued

Data Protection

Your personal data will be shared and processed in accordance with the UCL GDPR policy.

Photography

During the event, we may take photographs and record video footage that features attendees. This material may be used in UCL publications and marketing materials, on the UCL webpages and may also be posted on our official social media channels (including but not limited to; Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube). This material will be stored electronically for up to 10 years. If you would prefer not to be included in photographs and video, please contact Natasha Magennis at scpinfo@ucl.ac.uk

Tattershall Castle- Event Terms & Conditions

The management reserves the right to remove from the premises customers who are or who appeared to be intoxicated.

No food or beverage can be brought into the Host Venue, unless by prior agreement with the management. 

ID

Please make sure to bring a photographic ID for Challenge 25.

Guests under 18’s are allowed on the premises only until 9pm. 

Dress Code

No football shirts allowed (at manager’s discretion on national sporting events), no tracksuit bottoms, no soiled work clothes.
