DescriptionThis credit-bearing course offers students an understanding of Quality improvement (QI) science in healthcare as a series of systematic and continuous actions that lead to measurable improvement in clinical or health systems for patients.
It explores change management, the role of motivation in change management and the fundamental requirements to lead a quality improvement project in the workplace from conception to delivery of lasting change.
