DescriptionThe healthcare sector stands at a critical crossroads, facing unprecedented challenges in workforce sustainability, patient care equity, and systemic transformation. Despite women comprising the majority of the global healthcare workforce, they remain significantly underrepresented in executive and decision-making roles. This leadership gap not only limits the potential of healthcare systems but also hinders the development of inclusive, patient-centred solutions. Global Healthcare Leadership for Women is designed in response to this urgent need. It aims to equip mid- to senior-level women professionals with the strategic, operational, and interpersonal skills required to lead with impact in complex healthcare environments. This programme recognises the unique barriers women face in leadership pathways and provides a transformative platform to overcome them through mentorship, evidence-based leadership frameworks, and real-world application.
