DescriptionThis blended and immersive programme combines a 30-minute online diagnostic, a three-day in-person bootcamp, and a virtual follow-up roundtable within three months. Participants will engage in experiential learning through simulations, role-play, and peer-led case clinics, tackling real-world challenges such as digital transformation and stakeholder engagement. The programme is grounded in research from UCL, WHO, and Harvard, and applies proven frameworks including Kotter’s 8 Steps, Adaptive Leadership, and the Cynefin Framework. Designed to build practical leadership capability, the programme supports participants in navigating complex healthcare environments with confidence, clarity, and strategic insight.
