As work is currently ongoing for exam boards, we are unable to process e-transcript requests for Postgraduate Students/Finalists until after module results have been confirmed by the Exam Boards. Please do not place an order, as it will be cancelled. You will be able to place an order for an e-transcript from the 23rd of November, after you have received your results. Further information will be available in your results email, including how finalists can access their transcript via Portico.

Recent Graduates

If you are a recent graduate, you are entitled to transcripts free of charge for 3 months from date of award. Please use the J13 Interim E-Transcript Current Students/Alumni Within 3 months from date of award option. After this, please use the J13 E-Transcripts Alumni option.

Please note: For students who have recently graduated your @alumni.ucl.ac.uk email alias does not become active until 3 months after you complete your course. Please continue to use your @ucl.ac.uk email when setting up a customer account on the Online Store.
