Current Students – E-Transcript Embargo

We are currently unable to process e-transcript requests for current and finalist students until 2025 module results and deferral/re-sit results from previous years have been confirmed by the Summer Exam Boards.

We are therefore unable to accept any new orders from current students for e-transcripts until after Results Day.  The online store will be open for current students to order e-transcripts again from Thursday 9th July 2026.

Recent Graduates

If you are a recent graduate, you are entitled to transcripts free of charge for 3 months from date of award. Please use the J13 Interim E-Transcript Current Students/Alumni Within 3 months from date of award option. After this, please use the J13 E-Transcripts Alumni option.

Please note: For students who have recently graduated your @alumni.ucl.ac.uk email alias does not become active until 3 months after you complete your course. Please continue to use your @ucl.ac.uk email when setting up a customer account on the Online Store.
