Obtaining an Occupational Health Clearance is an entry requirement for all PGCE and IOE Lead Partner Direct Tuition Fee programmes, and no student will be enrolled who has not completed the questionnaire.

Once you have purchased this product your details will be provided to UCL Workplace Health and you will receive instructions for how to create a Workplace Health portal account to submit the online Health Questionnaire. Please note that once you receive the email with instructions, it may be 2-3 business days before you are able to set up a Workplace Health Portal account.

Detailed Description

Upon successful purchase, you will be sent a link to the UCL Occupational Health questionnaire within a few working days. You should complete the online questionnaire, which will be assessed by an Occupational Health Professional. On completion of the occupational health screening process, you will be allocated to one of three categories: fit to teach; fit to teach with reasonable adjustments or unfit to teach.

This requirement does not preclude disabled people from pursuing a programme of study at the Institute or a career in teaching.
