Your ticket includes a glass of sparkling wine (non-alcoholic version available), a three-course dinner, tea, coffee & petit fours, and mineral water throughout. A live DJ, professional photography, and an elegant atmosphere complete the experience.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

·         All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers or the venue.

·         Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the organising committee.

·         Guests must present valid proof of purchase and UCL student ID on entry.

2. Admission Requirements

·         Only UCL students, staff and invited industry guests may purchase tickets.

·         Guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol; ID may be requested by the venue.

·         The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

3. Seating & Dinner

·         A three-course set menu will be served. Dietary requirements submitted at purchase will be accommodated where possible.

·         Seating arrangements are not guaranteed and may be adjusted by the organisers or venue for operational reasons.

4. Behaviour & Safety

·         Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward other attendees, staff, and venue personnel.

·         Any damage to the venue caused by a guest may result in charges to that guest.

·         The organisers and venue reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Photography & Media

·         By attending, you consent to photography and videography being taken at the event.

·         Images may be used for UCL departmental or society promotional purposes.

·         If you have concerns, please contact the organising committee before the event.

6. Personal Belongings

·         The venue and organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

·         Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

·         The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue setup, or menu if required.

·         In the unlikely event the Ball is cancelled, full refunds will be issued.

8. Accessibility

·         If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact the organising committee after ticket purchase so arrangements can be made in advance.

9. Liability

·         The organisers accept no liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from attendee misconduct or failure to follow venue rules.

·         The event is run by the student organising committee under UCL oversight; liability does not transfer to individual student organisers.
