Join a one-day Industry Masterclass in Drug Discovery and Development that brings together stakeholders across sectors to share insights about the roles and disciplines that come together to make new medicines. Co-organised by Professor Fiona Ducotterd, Alzheimer’s Research UK UCL Drug Discovery Institute, and Doctor Jim Ray, Belfer Neurodegeneration Consortium, MD Anderson Neuroscience Drug Discovery Institute, this program convenes executive experts from industry who will present their functions in the long process that moves discoveries towards patients. The day will also feature a panel session on what stakeholders from VC, biotech and pharma look for in an investible program.

Our R&D leader roundtable will debate the current and future landscape for neurodegenerative diseases in the context of current and future disease-modifying therapies. Our keynote speaker will share a personal journey from academic discovery to scientific founder.

The program is intended to build understanding of and celebrate the interdisciplinary expertise that bring together bench to bedside translation of neurology research into new treatments.
