DescriptionThe London Mitochondrial Centre is hosting a one-day symposium giving an overview of pre-clinical and translational research in mitochondrial diseases, alongside an update on the latest advances in NHS diagnostic testing. The programme consists of a lecture and Q&A format delivered by mitochondrial disease experts from across the UK and Europe, including a feature lecture from Professor Bobby McFarland, recently listed in the 2026 TIME100 World’s Most Influential Leaders in Health. The day will conclude with an informal networking session.
Suitable for Paediatric and Adult Trainees, Consultant Clinicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals and Clinical Scientists with an interest in mitochondrial diseases. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. CPD approval pending.
