The Healthcare Entrepreneurship Summer School is a five-day intensive summer programme hosted by UCL Global Business School for Health. It is designed for pharmacy students, international pharmacy students and early-career pharmacists and Health professionals who want to develop the business, leadership, innovation and entrepreneurial capabilities needed to work effectively in modern healthcare systems.

The programme combines UCL GBSH’s distinctive focus on health, healthcare management and leadership with a practical student experience: expert-led sessions, applied innovation work, a company or innovation-hub visit, one networking dinner and a Dragon’s Den-style final pitch competition.

The proposed model is deliberately intensive, applied and outcome-focused. Participants will leave with stronger commercial awareness, leadership confidence, innovation methods, presentation capability and a clearer understanding of career pathways beyond traditional pharmacy practice.
