A transcript is an official document containing a full record of your completed course of study, confirmed academic performance and progress to date. Transcripts are produced on bespoke paper bearing the signature of the Vice Provost (Health) or nominated Medical School representative. Certification of Medical Studies may take the form of a letter verifying the award of a medical qualification and the degree programme followed; a proforma report such as required for MSPE or ECFMG; or a letter verifying satisfactory completion of pre-registration house officer or Foundation Year 1 training.
